Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
The credit card used at time of booking must be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make your reservation upon check-in at the hotel. Please note that in the event that you cannot produce the same credit card the hotel reserve the right to ask for an alternative method of payment. Please note that the hotel does not accept third party bookings paid by credit card; contact the hotel directly for information regarding bank transfers.
Credit/Debit Card Policy:
Debit and Credit cards will be authorised at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorisation will hold the funds until check-out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorised amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Third Party Credit Card: Third party credit card forms are not accepted. Bank transfers and CHAPS payments are accepted.
Cheque: Banker cheques are not accepted. Traveller’s cheques are not accepted for payment or exchange. Guest must show valid passport for the transaction.
Direct Bill: Direct billing is only available after approval of the credit manager. The company to be invoiced must fax an invoice request to the hotel and include the specific charges to be invoiced.
Extra beds are subject to availability and must be arranged with the property directly in advance.
Park Tower Knightsbridge has a maximum occupancy of three people per room. Rollaway beds are single beds and only one is permitted per room.
The hotel will allocate bed types rooms subject to availability and can only take requests for king or twin.
Please note only service animals are allowed, pets cannot be accommodated.
